Service and Mechanical Work

A failed seam in this Built Up Roof System was causing water infultration.

A little bit of love goes a long way! A little bit of Mastic and reapply gravel and this seam is good for a few more years.

Most common service request, new penetrations! The #1 reason for leaks are from other contractors sticking their penetrations where they don't belong. Make sure you contact a qualified roofer to prep and install proper flashings for all roof penetrations.

The newly installed ducting, ready for the mechanical contractor to do what he does best.

Before

After! A new roof drain will help with ponding on this roof and extend the life expectancy of it.

These new supports will help properly install a new MUA unit. Some of the smallest penetrations require the most work. The U- Channels shown here required a liquid membrane to properly seal them to this SBS roofing membrane. The curbs also installed will keep snow and ice from wearing away the seam at the channel and the liquid membrane.

A newly installed EPDM roof at this transition will ensure a watertight seal where the roof meets the building at all four different details.
